About this Role
The Trust
Safeguarding Lead will:
- Set the strategic
direction for safeguarding across the Trust
- Provide
expert guidance, challenge and support to schools and leaders
- Lead and
develop a strong network of Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs)
- Provide
oversight of policy, compliance, training, casework and risk management
The postholder will
play a key role in advising the CEO and Trust Board on safeguarding risks,
trends and priorities, and will act as a point of escalation for complex or
high‑risk safeguarding concerns.
