Site Manager
Permanent 37 hours per week over 52 weeks per year
Salary: Grade 5
£31,015 - £33,673

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly
motivated, and committed Site Manager to join our dedicated team.
This is an important role supporting the smooth
day-to-day operation of the school, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and
welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
We are looking for someone to:

Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and
security of the school site.
·
Carry out routine inspections and coordinate
repairs and maintenance works.
·
Manage site contractors and ensure all works are
completed safely and effectively.
·
Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations and statutory requirements.
·
Support the management of site budgets and
maintenance schedules.
·
Monitor and maintain school facilities, grounds,
and equipment.
·
Assist with lettings, school events, and emergency
call-outs where required.
·
Act as a key holder and support site security
procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
·
Previous experience in a facilities, premises, site
management, or buildings management role.
·
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and
building compliance requirements.
·
Strong practical maintenance and problem-solving
skills.
·
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage
multiple tasks effectively.
·
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
·
A proactive and professional approach to
maintaining a safe learning environment.
·
Experience working within a school or educational
setting is desirable but not essential.

The Governors of St Patrick’s Primary School are
