About this Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join East Anglian Schools' Trust (EAST). The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Assistant (EA) in supporting our Trust administrative functions. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring effective communication, well‑organised meetings and high‑quality professional documentation across the Trust.

The role also offers valuable opportunities to develop digital skills, including working with SharePoint and supporting automated processes, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and grow.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, making a meaningful behind‑the‑scenes contribution to the smooth running of the Trust and its schools. If you enjoy variety, clear communication, and being involved in a range of projects that directly support education and governance, we would love to hear from you.
