We are looking for:
A Trust Director of Inclusion. This is an exciting new role which has been developed to meet increasing Inclusion needs across the Trust, driving a culture of ambition for all vulnerable students so they can achieve exceptional outcomes. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and committed person with an established record of high standards in Special Needs/Inclusion and now wishes to progress of further progress their career within senior leadership. Responsibilities are strategic than operational, with the successful candidate developing and implementing inclusive systems across all schools, to ensure the highest of standards for all our students in accordance with the Trust mission ‘Excellence for All.’
As a senior central Trust role, the postholder will be afforded great personal autonomy to largely determine their own work schedule according to needs at that time. This may mean working at any Trust school, or home working, if this is what is needed. Although the role offers a great deal of freedom and independence, there will be many opportunities at your discretion to work with other senior Trust leaders, particularly the Subject Directors (Maths; Literacy/English; Science) and Director of Safeguarding and Pastoral.
Salary
The salary is on the Central Trust Pay Framework, which allows for further pay progression in accordance with increasing school and student numbers. Salaries are offered with or without employer pension contributions.
