The Pegasus Partnership Trust would like all candidates to answer specific questions for the personal statement section. For reference, here is a preview of the questions/headings:

1. Do you have a GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4–9 in Maths and English? Please also outline your basic IT skills (e.g., email, Excel, Teams).
2. Do you have evidence of the Right to Work in the UK?
3. Describe your previous experience carrying out maintenance or DIY tasks, including repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, or general site upkeep.
4. Have you worked in a school or similar educational setting? If yes, describe your role and responsibilities.
5. Explain what safeguarding means to you and confirm if you have read a school or academy safeguarding policy.
6. Explain your experience or understanding of the safe use of chemicals (COSHH) in a workplace.
7. Describe how you manage stock rotation and ensure items are replenished to maintain a well-functioning site.
8. Provide examples of how you communicate clearly with colleagues, children, parents, or contractors.
9. Are you physically fit for a role that may involve lifting, carrying, and other manual tasks?
10. Describe how you are positive, calm, people-focused, and a team player, and give an example of how you accept feedback and commit to professional development.
