Careers Advisor Apprentice

To commence ASAP

Permanent / Part-Time

 Salary: 5DT Grade 4 £25,988 - £27,254 pro rata, £23,129 - £24,256 p.a. actual

37 hours per week, term time plus 2 weeks (40 weeks per year)

Mon – Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4pm with a daily 30-minute unpaid break

The Trust is excited to recruit an inspirational Careers Advisors Apprentice to support students across our school.  You’ll play a key role in guiding and inspiring our students as they explore their career options. Your support will help shape their futures, and you’ll contribute to delivering the Trust’s high‑quality information, advice, and guidance programme.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about empowering young people and helping them make confident, well‑informed decisions about their future pathways.
