Lettings and Community Officer

Salary: Grade 5 £27,693 - £31,021 p.a. FTE  

£25,879 - £28,989 actual

37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks  (42 weeks per year)

8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4pm Friday with a daily 30 minute break

 The Trust is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Facilities Lettings & Community Officer to take the lead in managing and promoting the use of all of our facilities by external organisations and community groups. This is a key role that ensures all lettings are efficiently scheduled, safely delivered, and consistently provide an excellent customer experience. This role is all about energy, creativity, and organisation, with a clear focus on generating income while keeping everything fully compliant.

The post will be based at The Hazeley Academy but you may be required to work across the Schools within the Trust
