Trust Operations Manager

Bucks Pay 7-8 depending on experience

Equivalent to 3 days a week (working pattern negotiable) 52 weeks.

Are you ready to take the lead in a brand new role within our Central Team? We’re on the hunt for a pro-active and self-motivated Trust Operations Manager to spearhead the operational aspects of our trust. This is your chance to bring your innovative ideas to life whilst shaping the future of our operations and your career.


What you'll do

Lead & Manage - Oversee estates management and contracts across our Trust, providing exceptional operational support to our schools 

Make a Difference - Help deliver long-term strategies including sustainability and accessibility planning

Innovate - Bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that add real value to our pupils and staff

Hybrid Role - Enjoy a flexible working pattern with a balance of home working and time spent in our schools collaborating with colleagues on-site.
