The ODBST is seeking an
exceptional Inclusion & Compliance Lead to provide trust-wide
support around safeguarding, attendance and behaviour compliance.
This is a unique
opportunity for an experienced safeguarding professional who works with strong
attention to detail, strong analytical and partnership-working skills to
influence practice across multiple schools, champion vulnerable pupils, and
help ensure every child and young person receives the support, protection and
opportunities they deserve.
