Our collective aim, articulated through our mission statement, is to improve the lives and life chances of young people through the development of outstanding practice based upon partnership.
The Trust’s central services teams include: Estates, Finance, HR and Payroll, Marketing, IT Services and MIS. Their aim is to enhance the experience of students and staff across the Trust by providing effective and efficient central services which support them to achieve their goals.
Our vision for our workforce is one in which diverse, dedicated, skilled and high-performing staff are operating in a healthy and inclusive work environment; enabling everyone to feel valued, respected and encouraged in order to contribute their best to support us in achieving our mission.
