Vision Multi Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the Trust into its next phase of growth and development. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for setting a clear strategic direction and ensuring the Trust’s vision and priorities are delivered with impact across all academies. Working in close partnership with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and collaboration.

The successful candidate will place the quality of education at the centre of all decision-making, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning and securing the best possible outcomes for pupils. They will support and challenge school leaders, deploying resources effectively to strengthen provision across the Trust.

As Accounting Officer, the CEO will have overall responsibility for financial stewardship, ensuring the efficient and effective use of public funds, compliance with statutory requirements and long-term sustainability. In addition, they will oversee all operational aspects of the Trust, including systems, processes, safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role also requires strong and visible leadership across the organisation and beyond. The CEO will build and maintain effective relationships with school leaders, staff, pupils, families and external partners, acting as an ambassador for the Trust at both local and national level.
