This is an exciting time to join as we are implementing a new HR system.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, as well as strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to deal sympathetically and constructively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will support with the administration of all parts of the employee lifecycle, from posting job adverts and administering recruitment to carrying out pre-employment checks, maintaining HR files, and ensuring completion of leaver paperwork. You will also collate and present HR data as directed and assist with the distribution and creation of HR communications.
As HR Assistant you will work as part of a small team with the HR Lead and other HR support in the schools. You will be responsible for supporting the team in the administration of a wide range of HR projects, including data collation and reporting, HR communications, diary management and creation of meeting agendas.
HR Assistant - 21 hours per week (working times to be agreed, working days: Monday - Friday), 39 weeks per year or 52 weeks per year with the possibility for some home working.
Occasional travel to the Trust’s school
sites in Norfolk, as required.
