About this Role
The Rise Partnership Trust is a specialist multi-academy trust providing outstanding education and support for children and young people with SEND. We are seeking to appoint an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our small and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills to contribute to the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the Trust.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, HR systems administration, and other activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The postholder will help ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and professionally while providing excellent support to all staff queries.
