About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join The Rise Partnership Trust.

As our Trust continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to support our schools and central team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented finance service.

We are a small, friendly, and highly supportive team, committed to working collaboratively and helping each other succeed.

We currently have two positions available:

  • One full-time position
  • One part-time position

Please clearly indicate in your application, in the supporting statement, which position you are applying for.

The Rise Partnership Trust currently consists of three SEND schools and educates primary and secondary pupils with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs. We believe that it is a priority for every pupil at our school to have a voice and be heard.

“Staff plan activities around children’s interests. This motivates children and encourages children to communicate.” (Manor School OFSTED report 2020)

“All pupils learn life skills and communication in a way that prepares them for future independence.” (Manor School OFSTED report 2020)

This post offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic professional to join a motivated and growing Trust.

As a Trust we are dedicated to the successful future of every pupil in our schools. We believe in family and community, we respect and celebrate differences; we work as a team with an ambitious agenda, always striving to do our best. These values are reflected in the team of people who work for us, both within our schools and the central team.

What we offer:

  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • A positive environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth
  • Access to a Cycle to Work scheme
  • Family-friendly policies that support a healthy work–life balance

We are looking for someone who:

• A committed and hardworking individual who is dedicated to maintaining high standards in all aspects of their work
• A collaborative team player who can support, lead, and help develop others
• Confident in providing clear and positive direction when needed
• Someone who keeps pupils, families, staff, and the wider community at the centre of their work
• Committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and continuously improving practice

For further information on the role please view the Job Description and Person Specification.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and education of our children and expect all our staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check and references will be required.
