46 actual salary £56,912 – £62,618 or Scale N Point 47 – Point 51 actual salary
£66,140 - £73,800 depending on qualifications.

lead our people strategy and deliver a responsive, high-quality HR service
across our schools.
The Head of HR:
Will be a key role in
delivering the People Strategy, ensuring legal compliance, fostering wellbeing,
and supporting school improvement.
oversee the Trust’s
approach to employee relations and partnership working
be responsible for
coordinating recruitment across the Trust, ensuring recruitment priorities
align with the Trust’s aims.
be accountable for
supporting effective pay and performance management processes across the Trust,
and for ensuring that these align with the Trust’s strategic plans and aims.
be accountable for
supporting employee wellbeing and job satisfaction, which aids the Trust in its
efforts to recruit and retain the best staff.
ensure that
relevant legislative and educational employment knowledge is kept up to date,
ensure that all policies and procedures are legally compliant.
design and deliver
HR training for leaders and governors, including coaching managers on
investigations and people management.

a trusted advisor with a proven track record in leading people strategies,
ideally within education. Your leadership will empower staff, support school
improvement, and help create a culture where everyone can thrive.
