Trust would love to hear from you!
Your
role:
Join Thomas Deacon Education
Trust as our HR Administrator and play a key role in supporting staff across
our academies. You’ll manage HR queries, maintain accurate records, and assist
with recruitment administration and payroll. You’ll be part of a supportive HR team
where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work
independently will be highly valued.
This is a fantastic opportunity
to build your HR career, with the chance to complete a Level 3 HR
Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience. Strong admin skills are
essential, and while HR knowledge is a bonus, we’ll support you every step of
the way. If you’re a great communicator who enjoys working both independently
and collaboratively, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a part time, flexible hybrid role. The role is fixed term for one year initially due to the pending merger with Keys Academies Trust, but there may be potential for this to be extended or be made permanent.

grow, all while making a real impact in the lives of our staff and students.
