Technician to join the Trust as soon as possible.

FTE Salary Range: £26,824 rising to a maximum of £29,540 (Plymouth NJC Grade D, Pts 8 - 14)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week,
Monday to Friday
About the
role
Working as part of the Trust wide IT Services team, the IT Services Technician works across their cluster of schools providing on site technical support across our wide range of school settings, as well as remote support across the Trust as a whole.
Responsibilities:
About the successful candidate
The successful candidate will be experienced
in IT support within the Education, corporate or non-profit sector, with a focus
on customer service and satisfaction through problem resolution. They will also:

Have experience working
within the Microsoft 365.
·
Have good written and
verbal communication skills.
·
Be flexible and willing
to learn.
·
Have a UK driving
licence.

South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of
England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education. We operate 16 academies in Devon,
Bournemouth, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. We are building this Trust on a clear set of
