Reach South Academy Trust is seeking one exceptional Executive Business Managers (EBM)
to join their team as soon as possible.
Post: Executive Business Manager (EBM)
Location: Devon
Salary Range: Grade I Pt 35 - 40 £46,197 rising to £51,673
per annum,
Hours/Contract: Permanent Contract: 37.5 hours per
week, 52.14 weeks per year
The Role
The post will support the
strategic development of a cluster of Primary, Secondary, Special, and
Alternative Provision Academies, working in partnership with local Senior
Leadership Teams and the central Executive Team to drive effective decision
making and achieve academy objectives.
The post will act as the principal financial officer for a
portfolio of academies and provide high quality financial support and advice to
ensure that the academies make the best possible use of resources and are able
to provide the best outcomes for pupils.
The post will be responsible for managing the academies’
budgets, along with maximising income generation and implementing cost saving
initiatives.
In addition, the post will assist academies to address all
other school business management matters such as People, Estates, procurement,
ICT and health and safety.
The post will require working across more than one
location.

Background
Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates
across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19
education. We operate 17 academies in Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire and
Wiltshire.
