About this Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Programme Officer at Exceed Teaching School Hub, based at Holybrook Primary School (BD10, 0EF).

The successful candidate will  be responsible for the effective delivery of Teaching School Hub  (TSH) programmes.  The post holder will provide high-quality administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure programmes run efficiently and to a consistently high standard. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing communications, and supporting engagement with schools, participants, and external partners. We are proud to be a centre of excellence for teacher development, empowering educators at every stage of their journey.  We work in partnership with schools, trusts and national providers to deliver high-quality professional development, including the Early Career Framework, National Professional Qualifications, and evidence-informed training that strengthens classroom practice and improves outcomes for pupils.

Exceed Teaching School Hub is part of Exceed Academies Trust, which currently consists of fourteen academies; ten primary schools, an all-through primary-to-secondary academy, two alternative provision academies (Primary and Secondary), and a specialist setting for children/young people who suffer from social, emotional and mental health difficulties.  The Trust has an excellent reputation within Bradford and beyond, and an outstanding track record of supporting staff in developing their careers through specialist training lead by the Exceed Teaching School Hub and our Outstanding SCITT.
