About this Role

As Trust Admin Officer, you will provide efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and providing support to the Central Finance Team. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative and office support.
  • Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Maintaining HR files and updating the payroll system.
  • Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices and BACS payments.
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • A professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
  • Previous administrative experience.
