About this Role

Key Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation
  • Support the management of approved supplier registers
  • Take minutes at key meetings (e.g. Estates and Health & Safety)
  • Respond to operational queries from school staff
  • Support procurement of IT, furniture, and equipment (non-curriculum)
  • Maintain Trust contracts and inventory registers

Lettings Management

  • Coordinate the Trust’s lettings function
  • Show prospective hirers around the premises
  • Onboard and vet new hirers
  • Manage agreements, invoicing, and payments
  • Respond to lettings queries

Fleet Administration

  • Coordinate MOTs, servicing, and compliance checks
  • Carry out DVLA and licence checks
  • Liaise with leasing companies and manage contracts
  • Ensure appropriate insurance and regulatory compliance

General Administration

  • Support purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Assist with policy administration and website uploads
  • Provide flexible administrative support to the Central Team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Has confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is proactive, flexible, and able to manage a varied workload
  • Is comfortable working with systems, data, and processes
  • Can work independently and as part of a team

Experience in administration, operations, or a school/Trust environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
