As an IT Technician, you will provide high-quality IT services within an educational setting, making it an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise while contributing to the improvement of digital resources in schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure for staff and students across multiple sites.
• Assist with the implementation of various IT projects and upgrades.
• Provide first-line remote support, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist users.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in an IT support or technician role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in an education setting is desirable but not essential.
• GCSEs Maths and English C or above and be able to illustrate good literacy and numeracy skills.
