Chiltern Way Academy Wendover provides education and care for young people aged 11–19 with ASC. We are seeking an exceptional Post 16 Teacher who is passionate about making a real difference to deliver a varied curriculum including:- Maths, English, ICT, Work Skills and Life Skills.
What You Will Do
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of our learners
Support students’ academic progress, personal development and emotional wellbeing
Create a safe, positive and stimulating classroom environment
Build strong, trusting relationships with students and families
Work collaboratively with colleagues, external professionals and wider support teams
Contribute to curriculum planning, enrichment opportunities and whole‑school development
