About this Role

We wish to appoint a Site Assistant to work as part of our Facilities team across our 4 Bucks campuses in Aylesbury, Prestwood, Stoke Poges and Wendover.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and pro-active, someone who will help provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for our students and our staff.  This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, a role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work at all of our sites in Buckinghamshire so flexibility and a driving licence are essential.

HOURS:

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - exact hours to be discussed at interview.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring the safety, security and cleanliness of the school premises
  • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Opening and closing the school buildings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Reliable and hardworking individual who is a team player
  • Basic maintenance skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
