Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused professional looking for a role where you can make a real difference and have some fun along the way? LIFE Education Trust is looking for a People Officer to join our growing People Team, a varied and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of everything we do for our colleagues across the Trust.

No two days will look the same. You will be managing diaries, preparing meeting packs, tracking actions, generating reports, supporting engagement initiatives and contributing to service improvements all while building strong relationships with colleagues at every level. We are looking for someone who can work with a high degree of autonomy, use their initiative to solve problems and bring a positive and collaborative approach to everything they do.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Trust that invests in its people, at a time when our People Team is developing and growing. If you are looking for a role where your contribution is valued and your development is supported, we would love to hear from you.
