The Wensum Trust is seeking a dedicated Secondary Maths Trust Lead for a permanent, full-time position on the L9-13 scale. We are looking for an exceptional professional to join us in our vision of working together to help every child develop into a high achieving, confident, healthy, caring, and resilient member of their community.

In this pivotal position, you will lead the Secondary Maths strategy for The Wensum Trust while undertaking the role of a Head of Faculty at Hellesdon High School. Your core purpose will be to develop and lead a strong Maths subject community, ensuring excellent standards of provision that deliver outcomes exceeding national averages for students at both Key Stage 4 and 5. At Hellesdon High School we are committed to evidence-informed classroom practice and a knowledge rich curriculum in every subject. We believe that empowering students with knowledge is the best way to help all our young people to become creative, well-rounded, successful life-long learners.
