The Wensum Trust is seeking to
appoint a Clerk to the Trust board (Governance Professional). Providing expert advice
and guidance to the Trust Board and its committees on governance,
constitutional and procedural matters as well as a professional clerking
service.
Reporting independently to the
Chair of the Trust board, the ideal candidate will possess excellent
organisational and administrative skills. An exemplary communicator the clerk will
effortlessly build and maintain professional relationships with all
stakeholders and cultivates a culture of effective and efficient governance
across the Trust.
Providing administrative support,
preparing and circulating agendas and minutes the clerk will support the board
and its committees in following up actions and ideas arising from meetings.
Board meetings are held on Tuesdays 16.00-19.00 throughout the year so a
flexible approach is required.
