Job Title: Senior Cover Supervisor
Employment Status: Fixed term contract
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Term
time only plus 5 days
Actual Salary: Support Staff Grade 5 £24,790 - 29,849 pro rata, per annum
Required: ASAP
Location: Hearsall Community Academy, Coventry. The postholder may be required to work in other Trust premises in Coventry and Nuneaton.
About the role
We are
seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible team player for this
role of Cover Supervisor across our Primary schools in the trust.
We are
looking for someone who:
· Is
enthusiastic and inspiring with excellent classroom management skills
· Has
relevant experience of working with and supporting primary aged pupils
· Who can
promote positive values and attitudes within the classroom
· Understands their role in safeguarding and protecting children
All staff are
expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the
responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s
welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and,
familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as
directed by the trust/academy.
