About the role
We are seeking to appoint an
experienced Estates Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and
operational support to the Estates Department across all schools within the
Trust. The postholder will ensure that compliance records, maintenance
documentation, and communication processes are effectively managed to support
the delivery of safe, compliant, and well-maintained educational environments.
We
are looking for someone who:

Has
a good standard of education including English & Maths (GCSE/Level 2)
·
Has
excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
·
Can
work on their own initiative and also work well as part of a team
·
Is
an excellent role model
All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a
child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and
promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child
protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the
trust/academy.

Inspire Education Trust is a Multi Academy Trust currently consisting of
five primary schools and one secondary school located in Coventry and
Warwickshire.
Initially
set up as a Federation between Walsgrave CE Primary and Clifford Bridge Primary
in 2012, Inspire Education Trust was established in 2015 and has since grown to
comprise five primary schools and one secondary school in Coventry and
Warwickshire.
