Job Title                     Trust Administration Officer

 

Employment Status:  Fixed term

Working Hours:         37 hours per week, TTO plus 5 weeks

Actual Salary:            Support Staff Grade 3 £23,280 - £24,406 actual (£25,185 - £26,403 FTE)

Required:                   ASAP

Location:                    Hearsall Community Academy, Coventry. The postholder may be required to work in other Trust premises in Coventry and Nuneaton

 

About the role

To provide high-quality, professional administrative and governance support across the Trust. The role will ensure the efficient functioning of trust administration, and coordination. The postholder will work collaboratively with the Head of Governance Executive Assistant, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Teams to support decision-making, compliance, and communication within and beyond the Trust.

 

We are looking for someone who has:

·        A good standard of education – GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, Level 3 qualification in Business

·        Experience supporting senior executives or board-level committees

·        Good understanding of common Microsoft packages and is able to best determine the software needed for the task (such as word, excel etc.)

·        Emotional intelligence, posseses a good understanding of their own behaviour and its impact on others

 

All staff are expected to know what to do if they have concerns about a child, take on the responsibility for providing a safe environment and promoting children’s welfare, undertake regular safeguarding and child protection training and, familiarise themselves with KCSIE part 1 and local policies and procedures as directed by the trust/academy.
