Venn Academy Trust, in partnership with Hull City Council,
is seeking an exceptional senior secondary leader to redesign and deliver
Hull’s secondary inclusion and alternative provision model. This is a system
reform role focused on practical implementation. Not
a service manager or behaviour consultant post.
You will be a Deputy Head level leader (or equivalent) with
strong pastoral and SEND expertise, able to bring clarity and consistency to
secondary inclusion across the city. Hull is strengthening its graduated
response so that alternative provision is time limited, reintegration focused,
and aligned with strong mainstream inclusion.
