Triumph
Learning Trust is seeking an exceptional and inspirational Chief Executive
Officer to lead the strategic development, educational excellence and
operational success of our Trust and its schools.
Serving
communities across Rugby and Coventry, our Trust encompasses both primary and
secondary education and is committed to ensuring every child receives an
aspirational and inspirational education. Through collaboration, innovation and
shared expertise, we empower our schools to thrive while preserving their
unique identities and serving their local communities.
This is a
pivotal appointment at an exciting stage in the Trust’s development. Working
closely with the Board of Trustees and Members, the successful candidate will
provide ambitious, values-driven leadership that delivers outstanding outcomes
for children and young people, strengthens organisational resilience and
supports sustainable growth.

Location

The role will
be based across Triumph Learning Trust schools and central services located
within Rugby, Warwickshire and Coventry, West Midlands.
The
successful candidate will be expected to travel regularly between Trust sites
and attend meetings with stakeholders across the region. Access to independent
transport and the ability to travel efficiently between locations is therefore
essential.
