Hyrstmount Junior School and Purwell Infant and Nursery School will be joining the Trust family of schools in April 2025. We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and committed individual to work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The post holder will be responsible for the professional leadership of the financial, operational and administrative aspects of each school. Previous experience of working in education and of managing a team would be advantageous. The post holder will have the responsibility for ensuring processes are followed and systems are maintained within the school. Time will be managed equally between the two schools, with some flexibility applied when necessary.
