We are a vibrant and forward looking school seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated teaching assistant to provide support for pupils with ASD and ADHD. The successful candidate will have a positive nurturing approach working with children who have emotional and behavioural differences and challenging behaviour

Essential requirements:

· Previous experience of working with children with EBD and challenging behaviour

· Experience of working with children who have SEN throughout the primary school range

· A caring and professional attitude with an ability to work well within a team

· Enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to learn

· A calm and nurturing personality

· An understanding of the responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children

Desirable:

· An EBD qualification

· Paediatric First Aid qualification
