We are looking for a committed and reflective Class Teacher to join Loddon Primary Federation, where collaboration, high expectations and a shared moral purpose underpin everything we do. This role centres on delivering high quality, well structured teaching that enables every pupil to make strong progress, alongside contributing positively to the wider life of the school. The successful candidate will combine secure curriculum knowledge with the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse needs, build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues, and play an active part in a supportive, ambitious Trust community.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver well structured lessons in line with the curriculum, setting high expectations that motivate and challenge pupils. 
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupils’ progress, using data to inform teaching and support strong outcomes. 
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, promoting inclusion and positive behaviour. 
  • Contribute to the wider life, ethos and development of the school, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. 
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare, safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.
