Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant
Location: The Harbour, based at Spring Meadow
Primary School
Hours: 8.50am to 3.20pm, Term Time Only
(part-time may be considered)
The Harbour is an SEMH provision supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Our aim is to create a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment where every young person feels safe, supported and able to achieve their full potential.
Essential Experience
Supporting
children with SEMH
Working with pupils with additional needs
A strong understanding of trauma informed relational approaches
Desirable
Experience
working within an SEMH (Social,
Emotional and Mental Health) provision
Knowledge or experience of SEND
paperwork and documentation
