About this Role
Reinwood I&N School are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and well motivated EYFS teacher who is committed to providing inspiration and motivational learning opportunities for our children. This post is for 2 days a week.
At Reinwood I&N, we believe in having high expectations for everyone and aim to develop an "I Can" attitude. We want every child to feel valued, to grow in confidence, and to leave us as kind, independent and resilient learners, equipped with the skills, knowledge and values they need for the next stage of their journey.
The Role
As an Early Years PPA teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, purposeful and enabling environment that supports curiosity, independence and wellbeing
- Has high expectations of what children can achieve
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Has excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- Deliver high-quality teaching and continuous provision grounded in strong EYFS pedagogy
- Use observation and assessment responsively to shape learning and next steps
- Build positive relationships with families
