Person Specification Summary

We are seeking a warm, visible, and values-led primary leader with proven senior leadership experience and a strong record of improving outcomes. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of primary pedagogy, Early Years, inclusion, and SEND, alongside the ability to build strong relationships, strengthen staff culture, and lead with clarity, compassion, and ambition.

They will communicate well, manage change sensitively, model high expectations delivered with kindness, and demonstrate tenacity, integrity, and moral purpose.
