We are looking to appoint a motivated, reliable and organised Assistant Caretaker. As part of our site team, they will be responsible for key holding, minor maintenance and repairs (including working at height), stock control and ensuring Health and Safety compliance checks are performed and recorded.
The successful candidate will need to take pride in their work, have an eye for hazards, be trustworthy, flexible, IT literate and able to follow safety procedures.

From 15 days per year - Site Handyperson - Grade 4 - £25,989 FTE (pay award pending)

We are seeking an experienced and efficient handyperson to complete reactive and preventative maintenance tasks across our schools in Cowbit, Surfleet and Lutton. Safe working is a priority. This role would be a minimum of 15 days per year with additional time to be claimed if deemed necessary. Mileage will be paid and a full driving license is required.
