With responsibility for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the school, you will ensure that St Joseph and St Teresa continues to flourish as a place where faith and learning grow together.

We are looking for someone who:

•  Is a *practising and committed Catholic (please see attached additional information) with a secure understanding of the distinctive nature and purpose of Catholic education, setting and achieving ambitious and high expectations for all and with all. 
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child.
• Has a proven track record of impacting positively on whole school outcomes, curriculum and raising standards to ensure the success of all pupils.
• Has experience of leadership and teaching in a successful and inclusive school environment.
• Can articulate and share a clear vision for primary education that reflects the mission and values of St Joseph and St Teresa Primary School.
• Continue to develop collaborative partnerships with parents, the parish, the wider community, St Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Multi-Academy Trust and the Diocese in preparing pupils to live and flourish in the modern world.
