Are you passionate about supporting children with special
educational needs? Do you have the dedication and empathy to make a positive
impact on young learners? We are seeking a caring and motivated SEN Teaching
Assistant to join our dynamic and welcoming primary school team.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Provide one-to-one and small group support for
children with a range of special educational needs
·
Assist in the implementation of IEP’s
·
Support pupils with classroom activities
·
Encourage and help develop independence, self-confidence,
and social skills
·
Monitor and track the progress of children
We Are Looking For:
·
Experience working with children, ideally in an
SEN setting
·
A caring and flexible approach to working with
children
·
Good communication skills and the ability to work
as part of a team
·
Knowledge or willingness to learn about SEN and
how to support children with diverse needs
·
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive
learning environment
