The Role

As a Class Teacher at Hunsbury Park, you will:

        Plan and deliver high-quality, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge all learners, meeting the needs of every child in your class.

        Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils thrive.

        Use a variety of teaching strategies to ensure high levels of engagement, motivation and progress.

        Assess, monitor and record pupils' progress systematically, using data to inform planning and next steps.

        Communicate effectively with parents, carers and colleagues to build strong partnerships.

        Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities and school events.

        Uphold the school's ethos, values and policies, acting as an outstanding role model for pupils and colleagues alike.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

        A qualified and experience teacher (QTS) or a confident Early Career Teacher (ECT) at the start of their teaching career.

        Passionate about primary education and committed to the highest standards of teaching and learning.

        Knowledgeable about the Primary National Curriculum and current approaches to teaching and assessment.

        Able to set high expectations and inspire pupils to achieve their very best.

        A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        Flexible and adaptable, willing to work across year groups as required.

        Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
