·        A qualified teacher who is passionate about working with SEN

·        A teacher with previous experience working in a SEN environment, especially ASD

·        A teacher with previous experience of TEACCH, total communication strategies and sensory integration (further training will be provided)

·        A positive professional, who is able to see each day as a fresh start

·        An excellent communicator and team player
