The

dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join Bantock Primary School’s
team.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and
dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant from September 2026. You will need to demonstrate a friendly
and approachable manner with excellent communication skills and a passion for
working with young people.
We

You will also be expected to commit to any further training and qualifications that become necessary to the role in a rapidly changing educational environment.
The successful candidate :

Complement
the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for delivering of
the national and school curriculum under an agreed system of supervision.
·
This
would include delivering learning for individual or groups and monitoring
pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupil’s achievement,
progress, development and welfare.
·
Work
under the direction of teaching staff and actively support the delivery of
learning that develops skills in pupils and group/classes in a school.
·
Be
familiar with teaching and assessment policies and procedures.
·
Duties are carried out in accordance within set
standards and procedures
We are looking for a candidate who has:
·
Good standard of education
in English and Maths.
·
NVQ
Level 3 or equivalent qualifications and experience.
·
Experience working in a primary school
setting,
·
The ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
·
Excellent communication and
organisational skills
·
A positive, proactive, and nurturing
approach.
