You will work collaboratively with colleagues, uphold high
standards of professional conduct, and contribute positively to the wider life
and development of the school.
The postholder will take responsibility for the learning, progress, and wellbeing of a Y4 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. They will use assessment effectively to inform teaching, maintain high expectations for achievement and behaviour, and work closely with support staff to ensure every child is supported and challenged. The role requires a strong commitment to safeguarding, positive relationships with pupils and families, and active participation in the wider life of the school, including collaboration with colleagues and ongoing professional development.
