About this Role

The role will enable the successful candidate to have;

· The opportunity to learn about the Early Years FS2 curriculum in detail

· To take part in ongoing professional development

· The chance to work within a supportive team of EYFS (initially) and whole school professionals.

The role will include some of the following things and many more not listed

· Supporting intimate care needs – this may include changing nappies and supporting toilet training

· Working consistently independently and with the larger school team to ensure that the young person can access the Early Years curriculum within a mainstream classroom

· Learning and understanding the best ways to communicate the needs of the young person and helping the young person understand the needs of the others in their environment.
