Overview of the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, who is an ambitious and passionate professional and who will add value to our school in delivering nutritional meals for our learners. You will be able to demonstrate:

- that you have led and managed a small team;

- experience of planning menus, staff rotas and stock monitoring;

- experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines;

- a good knowledge of food standards regulations, including allergen management;

- good understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH and food hygiene regulations/legislation
