Masham
CE Primary School are seeking an ambitious, knowledgeable and enthusiastic
teacher to undertake the temporary role of Curriculum Progression and
Enrichment Lead for the academic year 2026–27.
The
purpose of the role is to provide strategic oversight of curriculum progression
and coverage from Reception to Year 6, ensuring full coverage of the EYFS
Framework and National Curriculum and the development of high-quality
curriculum enrichment.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure coherent curriculum coverage and progression
across mixed-age classes
· Audit curriculum plans
and progression from Reception to Year 6
· Work with subject
leaders to identify gaps, duplication and sequencing issues
· Ensure alignment between
EYFS and National Curriculum expectations
· Lead development of a
curriculum enrichment strategy in line with DfE guidance
· Develop opportunities
linked to arts, sport, outdoor learning, community engagement and life skills
· Monitor and evaluate
participation and impact of enrichment opportunities
The successful
candidate will be expected to achieve the following:

framework implemented
· Impact report presented
to leaders and governors
About You
· Excellent classroom
practitioner
· Strong understanding of
EYFS and National Curriculum
· Experience or
understanding of mixed-age curriculum planning
· Strong organisational
and communication skills
