Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for to recruit an aspirational and enthusiastic class teacher to join their our Upper KS2 team. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced primary teachers. For ECTs, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme tailored to our school using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. We have an excellent track record of support for ECTs, ensuring all our ECTs pass induction as good or better teachers. For experienced teachers, we offer subject specific training and access to NPQs for middle & senior leadership development.
