Working hours: 38 hours per week, 7.30am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday (apart from Tuesday) and 7.30am to 5.15pm on Tuesdays, 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days).

Job summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils’ learning
through group and 1:1 work, nurture self-esteem and inclusion, and provide
personal care where required. The role involves working closely with teachers
and lead teaching assistants to support the Early Years Framework and the
school’s enhanced curriculum, as well as assisting with classroom setup,
resources, and general organisation. You will also support children during
lunchtime, including supervising play, serving hot meals, and helping maintain
a clean and safe dining environment. We welcome applications from experienced,
patient, calm, and adaptable team players with initiative, a positive outlook,
and a great sense of humour.
